After launching aseries of Smartphone products such as Blackberry 10(Z10, Q10, A10, Q5), Blackberry launcheda smartphone with new model that uses OS 7.1 Blackberrywith the name Blackberry 9720 andmake users recall the product from the previousgeneration. From the side view, this smartphone does not appear to have a fresh new look, but to put forward models like the Blackberry Curve and QWERTYfeatures.

On the Blackberry 9720 smartphone, BBM can connect free voice calls over the WiFi which also includes BBM line, but it does not include video chat or screen sharing capabilities such as the Blackberry 10. This smartphone also comes with Blackberry Multicast, which is a social media network that allows users to send messages and via BBM more easily. There are also twitter and Facebook. Multicast also supports photos share which taken by using phone camera.
